StructureTone appointed 4Site for a 14-month CAT A refurbishment of this Grade II listed building. The logistics requirements were complex due to the central location, tight access and heritage-sensitive environment.

We delivered on:

Uninterrupted programme flow on behalf of the main contractor – during demolition works, structural alterations and high-quality fit-out.
Flexible labour resource – including logistics managers, labourers, crane supervisors and slingers.
Delivery scheduling – pre-booked, coordinated and controlled deliveries from pitlane to workface.
Safe, efficient movement across a tight heritage site – with defined routes and marshalled access points.
Continuous coordination – real-time communication with the project team, local authorities and neighbouring stakeholders.
BREEAM excellent waste targets – structured waste streams with responsible disposal routes and ongoing monitoring.

Adderstone Nova appointed 4Site logistics to support them on their rooftop scheme in the West End. The logistics strategy was well thought out to cope with a fully occupied building and a restricted delivery access to site via the rear passageway.

S4Site Logistics was appointed by Synergia Projects to deliver the full strip out of two floors at the Royal Exchange in Central London. Working within a live, high-profile city-centre environment, the programme was adapted to meet an accelerated two-week timeframe.

Full floor strip out – removal of existing fixtures, fittings and finishes to provide a clear space ready for redevelopment.
Accelerated programme delivery – adapting our standard three-week programme to complete the works within two weeks, in line with the client’s requirements.

Efficient logistics coordination – managing the movement and removal of materials throughout the works to maintain a safe and productive operation.
