Steve brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with a career spanning Cost Management, Commercial Management and senior commercial leadership roles. Having worked alongside many of the UK's leading main contractors, he has successfully overseen multi-million-pound packages, managed commercial teams and supported the delivery of complex construction projects.
Steve oversees the procurement and financial aspects of logistics delivery, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, commercially sound and in line with client expectations. His industry knowledge plays a key role in supporting the continued growth and success of the business.
Clare Mitchell
Projects Coordinator
Clare is a Project Coordinator at 4Site Logistics, providing vital support between site teams, clients and head office to ensure the smooth delivery of logistics operations across multiple projects.
Drawing on her experience within Australia's commercial construction sector, Clare brings strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills to every project. Her attention to detail and proactive approach help maintain efficient project coordination, clear stakeholder communication and well-structured site support throughout the project lifecycle.
Darren Lee
Darren brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with extensive expertise in project delivery, logistics management and complex refurbishment projects. Having worked with leading main contractors, he has successfully delivered major cut and carve schemes, developing a deep understanding of the challenges associated with operating within existing and occupied buildings.
Darren leads logistics operations across our projects while supporting the continued growth of our strip out division. His practical approach, industry knowledge and leadership experience enable him to develop effective logistics strategies and project outcomes.

Focused on innovation, service excellence and long-term partnerships, Clint has been instrumental in establishing 4Site Logistics as a trusted partner for complex construction projects.

As Chief Revenue Officer for 4Site Group, Tama leads business growth, client partnerships and strategic development across the business. Passionate about being involved in London's most prestigious developments, he works closely with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored logistics solutions. Julian moved from Australia to the UK in 2015, bringing with him eight years of recruitment experience. Today, he has accumulated more than 18 years of experience helping businesses overcome workforce and operational challenges across the built environment sector.
As a Director at 4Site Logistics, Julian works closely with clients to understand project requirements and provide solutions that support smooth site operations and successful project delivery. Known for his relationship-driven approach and commitment to client service, he plays a key role in developing partnerships and ensuring projects have the resources and support they need to succeed.
